Commission lets ArcelorMittal/CLN operate two Ilva service centres
The European Commission has given a final green light to ArcelorMittal and Italian service centre group CLN to operate two former Ilva steel service centres in Italy, Kallanish learns from an official statement.
The two SSC are located Legarno and Paderno Dugnano. The acquisition of the sites was approved last year, but a final ruling from the antitrust authority has been awaited.
