APC loss narrows in Q3 on mill restart, lower costs
Arabian Pipes Company (APC)’s loss narrowed 20.3% on-year in the third quarter to SAR 8.93 million ($2.38m), despite a decline in revenue, thanks to the restart of its Jubail mill which reduced fixed costs. Also behind the improvement were lower raw material prices and selling expenses. The latter was thanks to increased local sales which reduced shipping expenses.f
