US scrap seeks direction as April trading begins
Approaching the April buy-cycle, sentiment in the US scrap market has further weakened due to the bearishness in the global scrap market. Although sentiment was much stronger in mid-March, it has weakened gradually amid Turkey's suspension of scrap purchases, Kallanish notes.
