Aperam lowers alloy surcharges again
French stainless steel producer Aperam has lowered alloy surcharges slightly for both its austenitic and ferritic range of flat stainless steels for Europe again for December following its October and November reductions, Kallanish notes. This is in line with all the European mills and due to the downward curve in nickel prices.
