Anyang Steel ignites silicon steel annealing mill
Anyang Steel in China’s Henan province has recently ignited the first phase of its silicon steel project, housing an annealing line for non-grain oriented silicon steel and other auxiliary facilities.
Phase I of the project has 200,000 tonnes/year of non-oriented silicon steel capacity, Kallanish notes. The products will be used in new energy vehicles, smart home appliances, high-end equipment manufacturing and other industries.
