Another Austrian stockist fined for price fixing
Vienna-based Frankstahl Rohr- und Stahlhandelsgesellschaft mbH is the fifth steel distribution firm in Austria which has been fined for price-fixing this year.
The Austrian Cartel Court last week decided that Frankstahl will have to pay €147,000 ($162,000), so that total penalties across the five firms now add up to €577,000. As Kallanish reported earlier, the court in August already fined Eisen Wagner Gesellschaft (€150,000), FILLI Stahlgroß…
