Ann Joo raises funds for working capital
Malaysian steel maker Ann Joo Resources has proposed to raise up to MYR 165.55 million ($35.19m) for business expansion and working capital via a rights issue, Kallanish notes.
The firm says in a bourse filing that the proposed rights issue with warrants entails the issuance of up to 157.66 million shares at an issue price to be determined and announced by the board at a later date together with up to in 157.66m free warrants to its shareholders.
