Ann Joo second quarter profits slump

Malaysian steelmaker Ann Joo Resources saw profits improve year-on-year over the first half of 2017 but slump in the second quarter. It blamed weak domestic construction steel demand, which impacted both its trading volumes over H1 and prices in Q2, Kallanish notes.
