Angola's CSC celebrates new pig iron mill start
Angola’s Companhia Siderúrgica do Cuchi (CSC) officially inaugurated its pig iron mill on Thursday. The company began trials on 1 May after having completed the first phase of the total $320 million project that began in 2015.
Output has started at the first blast furnace of a planned four. During the four-month test, its production surpassed 10,000 tonnes of material, Kallanish learns from CSC.
