Anglo adjusts ore guidance as Minas-Rio output wavers
Anglo American has slightly lowered its 2021 iron ore production guidance to 64.5-66.5 million tonnes from 64.5-67.5mt. The miner reported a 6% on-year increase in second-quarter iron ore output to 15.7mt, thanks mainly to reduced Covid-19 lockdown impact at South African subsidiary Kumba.
