Malaysia’s property sales seen growing in 2024
Analysts forecast property sales in Malaysia to increase in 2024, Kallanish notes.
RHB Investment Bank Research says in a note it expects Malaysia’s property sales to grow 10-15% in 2024. “Going forward, as the market gradually adapts to the high inflationary environment coupled with stable interest rate outlook, we believe property sales will likely continue to grow at a decent rate,” it comments.
