Analyst: VAT incentives to boost Indonesian property sales
Value-added tax (VAT) incentives in Indonesia are expected to boost the country's property sales in 2024, Kallanish notes from UOBKayHian.
UOBKayHian says in a note that despite the election in 2024 possibly translating to slower property sales growth, it expects the country's property sales to still be supported by VAT incentives. It foresees that more than 10% of 2024 property sales will enjoy the VAT incentives.
