Amurstal increases April production, reports scrap shortage

Russian Far Eastern steelmaker Amurstal increased production of liquid steel in April, the company says. Output amounted to 57,800 tonnes, up 67% compared with March, Kallanish notes. About 30,000t were shipped to the domestic market and 26,500t were exported.
