Amurstal increases production in March, starts using HBI

Russia's only Far Eastern steelmaker Amurstal has restarted production after several weeks of stoppage in March. The mill was forced to pause output on a lack of feedstock supply, which stemmed from ownership disputes and mounting debts curbing its cashflow.
