AMSA secures $343m working capital credit for Saldanha
ArcelorMittal South Africa (AMSA) has secured a ZAR 4.5 billion ($342.8 million) revolving borrowing base facility for working capital financing for its Saldanha steelworks. The 36-month-tenor facility was arranged by Deutsche Bank and Absa Bank.
AMSA’s Saldanha steelworks is carrying out work, due for completion in the third quarter, which will extend production at its Corex furnace by three years.
