AMSA posts slight shipment, revenue decline in H1
ArcelorMittal South Africa (AMSA) saw crude steel production decline 10% on-year to 1.22 million tonnes in the first half and sales by 2% to 1.17mt. Average capacity utilisation rate fell to 60% from 66% in H1 2023, Kallanish observes.
