Amreli approves rebar expansion, frets over economy
Amreli Steels’ board has approved the third-phase expansion that will increase rebar capacity to 1.11 million tonnes/year from the current 605,000 t/y. The PKR 6.5 billion ($48.55 million) investment at its Dhabeji site is subject to technical feasibility and raising of finance.
