Ampco sheds vertical seal division
US mill roll services provider Ampco-Pittsburgh has divested its vertical seal division to Roser Technologies Inc, Kallanish understands.
The division, known as Akers National Roll Company, was acquired by Ampco-Pittsburgh in March 2016.
Financial terms of the sale were not disclosed.
