Ampco-Pittsburgh sets rights offering calendar
US mill roll supplier Ampco-Pittsburgh Corporation has released its expected calendar for a shareholder rights offering, Kallanish reports.
The offering will take the form of a dividend of non-transferable subscription rights to purchase a single unit made up of shares of common stock and warrants to purchase additional common shares. An exercise price has not yet been set.
