Ampco-Pittsburgh records 2018 net loss
US mill roll supplier Ampco-Pittsburgh Corporation remained in the red during 2018, Kallanish learns from the company’s year-end earnings review.
Ampco generated a net loss of $44.9 million on sales of $419.4m in 2018, down from a loss of $13.8m on sales of $385.2m in 2017. The company’s 2018 losses included a one-time $32.9m charge related to asbestos abatement.
