Ampco-Pittsburgh completes double divestitures
Steel and aluminium mill roll producer Ampco-Pittsburgh Corporation has completed its divestiture of its Canadian specialty steel business and its Avonmore, Pennsylvania, cast roll facility, Kallanish learns from company statements.
ASW Steel’s assets were bought by Valbruna Canada, controlled by Italian special steelmaker Valbruna. No financial details were released.
