Ampco files rights offering for shareholders
US mill roll supplier Ampco-Pittsburgh Corp. (Ampco) has filed a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission for a rights offering. The company plans to offer shareholders non-transferable subscription rights to purchase up to $20 million in units of common stock, Kallanish reports.
