Ampco extends offering deadline
US mill roll supplier Ampco-Pittsburgh Corporation has extended the expiration for its previously announced rights offering, Kallanish understands.
The rights offering has so far garnered about $18.557 million of the $20m allotted, or a 93% subscription rate. As a result, the subscription period will be extended from 16 September to 18 September.
