Ampco confirms shareholder rights offering calendar
US mill roll supplier Ampco-Pittsburgh has confirmed its calendar for a rights offering that the company hopes will raise up to $20 million in available capital, Kallanish reports.
Investors wishing to be noted as shareholders of record must hold stock in their brokerage accounts by 13 August. The record date has been set as 17 August and the subscription period ends on 16 September.
