AMKR finds pellet plant supplier, eyes 2023 commissioning
ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih (AMKR) will complete its new iron ore pellet plant by end-2023, says chief executive Mauro Longobardo.
“In July we had final negotiations with a supplier,” the official says. “We will produce pellet for your own needs. Nowadays we have three sinter shops in operation. The goal is to leave one working, completely modernised, and we will replace the other two with the new pellet plant.”
