AMKR agrees to $1 billion of new investments
ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih (AMKR) chief executive Mauro Longobardo and Ukrainian economic minister Ihor Petrashko have signed a memorandum on the implementation of new investment projects, the steelmaker says.
