Kryvyi Rih to commission new billet caster in 2018
Arcelormittal Kryvyi Rih (AMKR) plans to invest over $100 million in a new continuous casting machine, Kallanish learns from the company.
The construction of the new continuous casting machine with a capacity of 1.4 million tonnes/year will start in 2017. The launch is planned for the second quarter of 2018. The company is yet to choose the subcontractor for the work.
