AMKR increases output despite coal shortages
ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih (AMKR) increased crude steel production in January-October by 8.9% on-year to 4.17 million tonnes, the company tells Kallanish.
Pig iron production grew 13.9% to 4.57mt and rolled products output increased by 5.4% to 3.9mt.
In October alone, the company produced 410,000t of crude steel, 405,000t of pig iron and 400,000t of rolled product.
