AMKR eyes coal supplies for blast furnace restart
ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih (AMKR) has relaunched a converter and one of three continuous casting machines after a forced shutdown in March due to the Russian invasion of Ukraine, the company says.
In addition, a blast furnace, two coke oven batteries, three filling machines, and a rolling mill have already been put into operation at the plant, Kallanish notes.
