AMKR decreases 2022 output, eyes more EU shipments

ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih (AMKR) decreased crude steel production in 2022 due to the ongoing Russian invasion of Ukraine and blackouts, Kallanish notes. Steel output was down 75.6% on-year to 1.2 million tonnes. Pig iron production decreased 70% to 1.6mt and rolled products output fell 76% to 1.1mt.
