AM Mining India acquires Uttam Galva Steels
ArcelorMittal and Nippon Steel joint venture AM Mining India on 10 November completed the acquisition of Uttam Galva Steel, a downstream steel manufacturer based in Maharashtra, Kallanish notes.
This follows the recent approval by the National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai, of a resolution plan for Uttam Galva Steels submitted by AM Mining India, under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code.
