ArcelorMittal Bremen cooperates with utilities for hydrogen

ArcelorMittal Bremen has signed an agreement with northern German energy company EWE and its subsidiary swb (Stadtwerke Bremen) for the production of green hydrogen at the mill. In the first stage, an electrolysis plant with a capacity of up to 24 megawatts is projected to be built at a local power plant, which will then supply ArcelorMittal's steelworks with green hydrogen.
