ArcelorMittal/Bekaert Brazilian joint venture invests to boost production
The management of the Brazilian wire producer Belgo Mineira Bekaert Artefatos de Arame Ltda (BMB), has announced investment plans to the value of $33 million. The company, controlled by ArcelorMittal (55.5%) and Bekaert (44.5%), is to further integrate production at its Itauna plant and increase tyre cord capacity, Kallanish learns from a press release.
