Alloys maker VDM expands strip production
VDM Metals, the nickel based alloys producer which used to be part of thyssenkrupp and Outokumpu, is planning to expand strip production at its main site in Werdohl, North Rhine Westphalia. To this end, the company is investing around €21 million ($22.5m) in a new bright annealing line.
