Allegheny commissions new stainless line at Chinese JV
US specialty steel producer Allegheny Technologies Incorporated has commissioned a new stainless flat-rolled line at its STAL joint venture with China Baowu Steel Groupin Shanghai, Kallanish learns from a company release.
