Alien Metals raises stake in Hamersley iron ore
United Kingdom-listed miner Alien Metals has given notice to exercise its option to acquire an additional 39% interest in the Hancock and Brockman direct shipping iron ore projects from Windfield Metals, Kallanish notes.
Once concluded the company's direct ownership of the licences will increase to 90%.
Hancock and Brockman are two tenements in the Hamersley iron ore projects located in the Pilbara region of Western Australia.
