Alien Metals to raise funds for Hancock
United Kingdom-listed miner Alien Metals has proposed a share placement to raise up to GBP 2 million ($2.54m), Kallanish notes.
The company says in a statement that it intends to issue up to 1 billion shares to participants.
The net proceeds of the fundraise will be used to fund exploration activities, particularly around native title negotiations and field heritage surveys at its Hancock iron ore project in Australia.
