Alien Metals confirms high-grade Hancock iron ore
UK-listed miner Alien Metals says metallurgical test work on iron ore from its Hancock project in Australia has confirmed high grades.
The high-grade direct shipping ore fines product was confirmed at 62.7% Fe from the initial bulk sample from the Ridge C Resource, Kallanish notes.
The test also shows very low impurities, including silica content (SiO2) < 4.1%, aluminium content (Al2O3) < 2.77% and phosphorus content (P) < 0.1%.
