Alien gets option to increase Hamersley interest
UK-listed mining firm Alien Metals has agreed an option to acquire additional 39% interest in Hamersley iron ore projects in Australia.
Under the option agreement, Alien can buy the additional stake in the Hancock and Brockman tenements from Australian metal firm Windfield Metals, taking its interest to 90%.
Alien currently has a 51% direct interest in the projects, with the remaining 49% held by Windfield.
