Alien completes Hamersley iron ore projects acquisition
United Kingdom-listed miner Alien Metals has exercised its option with Windfield Metals to acquire an additional 39% interest in the Hancock and Brockman projects, Kallanish notes.
The transaction has now closed with Alien now the legal and beneficial owner of a 90% direct interest in the licences associated with the projects.
