Algeria's El Hadjar restarts production after flooding
Integrated Algerian steelmaker El Hadjar, formerly known as ArcelorMittal Annaba and now majority-controlled by the state, restarted production last Thursday. This followed a two-week stoppage owing to flooding in the Annaba region.
