Aldoro Resources raises funds for nickel project
Aldoro Resources has resolved to conduct a placement of 11 million shares priced at AUD 0.225 ($0.14), raising a total of $2.48 million, Kallanish notes.
Participants to the placement will also be issued 1 free unlisted Aldoro option for every two new placement shares subscribed. The unlisted options will have a AUD 0.30 strike and a 9 September 2024 expiry.
