Alchemia shareholders' group plans buyback, stock exchange de-listing
A group of Alchemia shareholders has agreed to carry out a buyback of the 29.25 million shares the company has listed on the Warsaw stock exchange.
Roman Karkosik and Grazyna Karkosik, as well as the companies Boryszew, Impexmetal, and Eastside-Bis aim to acquire 100% of Alchemia’s share capital and eventually delist the firm from the stock exchange. They have nominated Impexmetal as the buying entity.
