Alchemia to sell Huta Bankowa
Alchemia Group says it has agreed in principal to sell its fully-owned subsidiary Huta Bankowa to two “…significant” Central European steel industry firms. The company declined to reveal the identities of the potential buyers when approached by Kallanish.
