Alchemia extends Huta Bankowa sale deadline
Alchemia Group has agreed to extend until 15 June the deadline to reach a final deal on the sale of fully-owned subsidiary Huta Bankowa to two companies. This is also serves as the new deadline for the exclusive negotiation period between the buying and selling firms.
