Alchemia to absorb further subsidiaries
Alchemia plans to absorb its fully-owned subsidiaries, Huta Batory, Walcownia Rur Andrzej, and Rurexpol. This will happen without a capital increase, and none of the parties will gain particular benefits from the move, the Polish steel holding company says.
Walcownia Rur Andrzej is a seamless pipemaker, while the other two subsidiaries perform laboratory testing, mainly for the needs of Alchemia.
