Al Jazeera Steel sees prices plateauing at year-end after nine-month sales decline
Omani welded pipemaker and long product re-roller Al Jazeera Steel expects steel prices to plateau towards the end of the year and beginning of 2016. A prolonged 18-month fall in prices has seen steel buyers continue to delay purchases, while economic growth impetus in the US and Europe has not yet offset weakened Asian demand.
