Al Jazeera eyes Iran, certifications to up rebar output
Al Jazeera Steel sees oil prices hovering around $30/barrel impacting regional steel demand, while the welded pipe anti-dumping case in the US could further hamper exports. To offset this the Oman-based firm is exploring new business opportunities in Iran following sanctions removal, and is hopeful of new demand from Iraq and Africa.
