Al Ghurair challenges US duty circumvention determination
Al Ghurair Iron & Steel (AGIS) is challenging at the US Court of International Trade (ITC) a US commerce department determination that it circumvented US duties on Chinese corrosion-resistant steel. The Abu Dhabi-based cold roller and galvanizer says it is not using Chinese substrate for export to the US.
