Saudi’s Al-Babtain sources galvanised steel towers from Egypt
Saudi Arabia’s Al-Babtain Power and Telecommunication Co. has signed a $28 million value contract to procure galvanised steel towers from Giza Cable Industries Company in Egypt.
This was done through its subsidiary company in Egypt, Al Babtain Power and Telecommunication Company – Egypt. The 500kV towers will be used for an electrical interconnection project between Egypt and Saudi Arabia, Kallanish notes.
